• 10+ years of experience in Production Application Support roles managing enterprise-level, mission-critical applications.
• SME-level expertise in SQL and Unix/Linux administration.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
• Proven people management experience, including mentoring and leading technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred.

• Own end-to-end production support for a portfolio of enterprise-level applications, ensuring 24/7 availability.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis.
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML techniques within support operations.
• Provide strategic technical leadership across distributed application architectures.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage and mentor a team of application support engineers.
