The Application Development, Infra/Platform Asset Management Analyst role at Citi focuses on executing the technology risk and control strategy within the Infrastructure Asset Risk & Governance management function. The analyst will lead initiatives aimed at proactive risk and vulnerability management while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture. This position requires a strategic mindset to oversee the technology asset lifecycle and drive continuous improvement across the Services Technology estate. The ideal candidate will work closely with application stakeholders to ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Information Technology and over 5 years in IT Risk management or enterprise architecture within a large-scale global enterprise.
• Proven track record of managing programs across enterprise-wide compliance, risk, or remediation programs.
• Experience in managing regulatory and audit engagement while working with Risk & Compliance teams.
• Demonstrable experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive processes for managing IAM governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field is preferred.

• Lead and influence adherence to strategic architecture principles, standards, and policies aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Oversee and govern the execution of firm-wide technology mandates while working with Risk & Control thresholds.
• Implement and manage processes for identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across the infrastructure asset base.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes for tracking, managing, and reporting on all IT infrastructure assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure assets, including obsolescence and security vulnerabilities.
• Generate and deliver regular executive-level reports on infra/platform risk exposure and compliance adherence.
• Partner with application stakeholders to communicate and influence adherence to compliance by scheduling and completing remediations on time.
