This role focuses on optimizing processes, data, and technology solutions to support the Worldwide Sales Organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and strategic thinking to drive insights and influence across various teams. Success in this position requires a blend of technical acumen, project management experience, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

• 8+ years of experience in finance, planning, management consulting, data analytics, product management, enablement/effectiveness, and/or digital transformation role
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Computer Science or related field required
• Proven track record of leading strategic programs and executing tactical project-level tasks
• Experience planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional enterprise systems projects
• Excellent process management, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficient knowledge of development lifecycles
• Technical acumen required to discuss and strategize on solutions with IT teams
• Strong team orientation and collaborative style
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Experience presenting and making recommendations to senior level executives

• Partner with worldwide and regional leads in finance and sales to drive optimization through process, data, and technology solutions
• Analyze complex business processes and develop data strategies and governance across global cross-functional teams
• Present findings and insights from data analysis to stakeholders
• Champion best practices in data management and governance to support demand and financial planning
• Build trust and understanding between groups to ensure project success
• Lead teams with or without direct reports and motivate through influence
