The TFSM Production Shift Line Coordinator (LineCo) is responsible for tactical execution within the Front-End wafer fab, working in a compressed workweek role with alternating shifts. This position focuses on optimizing line management, WIP management, and ensuring quality expectations are met. The role requires collaboration across shifts and departments, fostering a positive work environment while driving to achieve production goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4+ years of related hands-on experience OR military technical experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 2.5+ years in a related operations/maintenance role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 3+ year Technical/trade certification OR 3+ years technical experience.
• Associate degree in STEM Related field AND 2+ years of related operations/maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting tool loading optimization, excel skills and problem-solving acumen.

• Identify and track line limiters, adjust and monitor Drumbeat (DB), and manage Queue Time (QT) Loops.
• Detect, track, and optimize segment and line bottleneck tools through shift and engineering resources.
• Apply knowledge of process lockouts and interpret Information dispatch to manage WIP effectively.
• Understand and manage Critical Queue Times (CQT) to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Proactively support module goals and communicate clearly to drive to 24-hour production goals.
• Collaborate across shifts and departments to support team initiatives and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Challenge ineffective plans and propose innovative solutions while engaging in problem-solving forums.
