Arcadis is seeking a Principal Water Treatment Design Engineer/Manager to join their Resilience Water Business in Southern California. This role involves leading municipal water and wastewater projects while managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering client relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful project delivery from planning through construction. The position also includes business development activities to support client growth and team development.

• 12 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of municipal water/wastewater treatment facilities and systems.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and overall project delivery.
• Support business development efforts and cultivate client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and supervise technical staff.
• Prepare and oversee complete engineering and construction deliverables.
