• Bachelor of Science in Electrical and/or Instrumentation and Controls Engineering preferred
• 10+ years of experience as a Resident Engineer, Project Manager, or Construction Manager in an Engineering, Environmental, or Construction organization
• 10+ years of construction management experience in the construction of new and/or rehabilitation of wastewater facilities and pipeline projects
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building, and client relationship
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving history

• Manage complex, technical engineering construction projects related to wastewater and electrical systems
• Lead construction project teams, including Assistant Resident Engineers, Inspectors, and Schedulers
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation among all departments and stakeholders
• Make project decisions regarding technical approaches, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk management, and performance
• Act as the primary project interface for the Owner and lead project meetings with contractors and stakeholders
• Develop trusted relationships with the project team, contractor, and client staff
• Emphasize safe construction practices and oversee safe practices on site
