• 5+ years of experience in warehouse automation design and deployment for high volume fulfillment
• 5+ years of experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high volume production
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, cost management, and delivery
• Direct experience driving custom automation solutions
• Direct experience working with 3PLs and international equipment vendors
• Experience in new product introduction and manufacturing operations

• Support warehouse automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist in the introduction of new products into manufacturing processes
• Manage projects related to cost, planning, and delivery in a matrix organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive custom automation solutions
• Engage with 3PLs and international equipment vendors to implement automation strategies
