• Ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Act as a data center technical lead, monitoring plant efficiency metrics.
• Provide a strategic approach to Environmental, Health, and Safety operations and maintenance programs.
• Mentor Facilities Technicians to drive improvements and provide feedback.
• Navigate organizational change processes and coordinate with technicians and managers to execute approved decisions.
• Provide input and direction in the data center commissioning processes and procedures.
