Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience in relevant water treatment and process engineering
- Demonstrated understanding of drinking water supply, reuse, master planning, and treatment processes and technologies
- Self-motivated and an initiator, evidenced by professional society involvement or related activities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, optimize, design, and troubleshoot water treatment facilities
- Collaborate with senior technologists and mentor younger engineers
- Support business development efforts and pursue new projects
- Present work to industry peers in magazines and at professional conferences
- Incorporate emerging technologies and implement best practices in water treatment
