Qualcomm is seeking ASIC engineers to join their fast-paced SoC team, focusing on RTL design and methodology for high-performance ASICs in cutting-edge process nodes. The team is responsible for driving innovation in the PC and Data Center markets, particularly in the areas of high-performance computing and AI. Candidates should possess strong analytical and technical skills, along with solid experience in ASIC and/or FPGA design. • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of ASIC design experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a PhD with 2+ years.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in ASIC design, scripting, and architecture.
• Proven knowledge in Server/Data Center IPs, protocols, and interfaces.
• Experience in designing arithmetic/computational/machine learning IPs.

• Use tools and applications to execute the architecture and design of SoCs according to design protocols.
• Resolve architecture, design, or verification problems by applying sound ASIC engineering practices.
• Execute design and verification strategies according to ASICs, SoC, and IP cores specifications.
• Participate and actively contribute to design and architecture reviews.
• Identify areas for flow and process improvements through design techniques and automation.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with peer teams, demonstrating good presentation skills.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with team members to achieve common goals.
