• 5+ years of strong work experience in precision assembly, inspection, and validation.
• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
• Meaningful experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high volume production.
• Excellent project management skills and experience working in a matrix organization.
• Direct experience leading functional engineering teams such as ME, EE, TE, or DFX.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
• Validated working experience with DFm and DFx.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T principles is a plus.
• Working knowledge of pneumatics, servomotors, PLC, and PC-based control systems is a plus.
• Master's degree is considered a plus.
