The Early Life-cycle Manager (ELM) role within the Global Central Reliability Maintenance Engineering team focuses on enhancing Base Building Qualification processes. This position supports construction phases and equipment installation while analyzing data to identify root causes and drive improvements. The ELM Project Manager will work to ensure reliable and maintainable facilities from Day 1, with a travel requirement of up to 40%. The role emphasizes collaboration with various teams to optimize processes and specifications.

• 5+ years of experience as an industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• Experience working with and managing third-party vendors.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.

• Lead and secure completion of Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ) assessments.
• Demonstrate deep technical knowledge of base building systems to evaluate design specifications and troubleshoot issues.
• Shadow and coach auditors during IOQ assessments to optimize checklist execution.
• Drive checklist revision and historical analysis of qualification audits.
• Lead RME integration of top post-launch issues into building template specifications.
• Own a portfolio of dynamic Business Units, defining RME deliverable strategy.
• Partner cross-functionally with various teams on budget requests and qualification coordination.
• Integrate RME deliverables into General Contractor agreements and develop SOPs.
• Design handover processes between teams, defining system readiness thresholds.
• Calculate cost avoidance by influencing lifecycle decisions at design and construction stages.
