Job description

The role is for a firmware engineer in the Core OS group, focusing on the development of wireless charging firmware features for Apple products. The engineer will work closely with hardware and systems teams to lead the development process from pre-silicon to commercialization. This position requires a blend of high-level architectural thinking and low-level programming skills. The engineer will also need to communicate effectively and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent programming skills with knowledge of C/C++
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and embedded systems
  • Experience with firmware development in embedded systems
  • B.S. or M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
