Job description

The Infrastructure Lab Engineer role focuses on supporting large-scale device lab environments that facilitate hardware and software development across various engineering teams. The position emphasizes operational excellence through automation and data-driven workflows to enhance device readiness and lab efficiency. The ideal candidate will work on complex operational challenges while contributing to the adoption of AI-assisted processes. Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience supporting software services in a Unix-based environment
  • Basic scripting experience in Shell or Python
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible
  • Working knowledge of Git or other source control systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
  • Basic understanding of LAN networking concepts such as DNS and DHCP
  • Experience supporting macOS and/or iOS devices in a lab environment

Responsibilities
