Apple is looking for a proactive design engineering lead to join their Silicon Engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring that Analog and Mixed-Signal (AMS) IPs for Apple's custom SoCs meet high standards of technical excellence and quality. The position involves collaboration with world-class engineers from concept to mass production, impacting both consumer devices and data center infrastructure. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in AMS IP design, product development, or design engineering management.
• Hands-on design experience and deep technical expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs.
• Experience developing or validating high-reliability IPs for data center infrastructure.
• Proven real-time crisis leadership in high-pressure environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
