Job description

The role is part of the KLA Services team, which focuses on maintaining the high performance and productivity of KLA's products through a flexible portfolio of services. The team is responsible for service sales, marketing, field operations, and technical support. The position requires supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry. Requirements

  • Associate of Science in Electronics Technology (ASET) or equivalent work experience in supporting complex capital equipment for the semiconductor industry is required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tools proactively to identify and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with field teams and customers across all business sectors.
  • Ensure worldwide availability of parts through an extensive parts network.
