NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer - Enterprise Messaging and Exchange to enhance its global employee communications and collaboration platforms. This role focuses on Microsoft Exchange and Azure services, ensuring reliability, security, and innovation in messaging solutions. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience architecting and managing Exchange Server and Azure integrations.
• Solid understanding of Exchange architecture, including Database Availability Groups and hybrid configurations.
• Demonstrable ability to take end-to-end ownership of the user experience.
• Extremely motivated and passionate about new technologies with superb communication and planning skills.

• Architect, implement, and operate highly available messaging solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Azure services.
• Plan and execute server upgrades and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Monitor health, performance, and capacity of messaging solutions to optimize user experience.
• Implement encryption and anti-virus protections while maintaining secure configurations.
• Lead initiatives such as migrations and tenant consolidations, defining integration points with messaging apps.
• Handle day-to-day operations and mentor engineers to foster a culture of learning and documentation.
• Partner on the management of large-scale enterprise SaaS collaboration platforms, including onboarding and lifecycle management.
• Build strategy to enhance messaging and collaboration ecosystems with evolving technologies.
