• BS/MS or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science
• 12+ years of experience in Client Platform Engineering
• Expert-level client platform engineering experience with a proven track record of managing global endpoint fleets at scale
• Mastery of Configuration as Code and Infrastructure as Code methodologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Strong proficiency in software development languages like Python, Go, or Rust

• Architect and build scalable tooling and services for client platforms
• Apply deep codified principles to ensure repeatable, auditable, and version-controlled changes across a global client environment
• Set and enforce technical standards for platform automation and mentor other engineers
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Product teams to improve platform reliability
• Serve as the primary architect for service delivery challenges and drive root-cause analysis
