The AI Developer Technology Engineering Manager at NVIDIA will lead a team focused on optimizing and developing algorithms for Machine Learning and Deep Learning applications. This role is part of the global Developer Technology team, which drives innovation and enhances the value of NVIDIA's platforms for developers. The manager will define strategic technical initiatives and collaborate with various teams to advance the state-of-the-art in accelerated AI technologies. The position requires a strong technical background and a passion for mentoring and building a diverse engineering team.

• An MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related computationally focused science or engineering degree.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years in a technical role and 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• In-depth expertise in linear algebra and performance optimization of Deep Learning training and inference.
• Background in parallel programming, such as CUDA, OpenMP, MPI, or pthreads.
• Programming fluency in C/C++ with a deep understanding of algorithms and software development.
• Knowledge of CPU and GPU architecture fundamentals and low-level performance optimizations.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of planning and leading critical initiatives.
