• 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience with a Master's degree, or 0 years of experience with a PhD.
• Proficiency in semiconductor device physics, digital or analog circuit design and validation, or defect detection methodologies.

• Define and execute failure analysis strategies to investigate and resolve failures.
• Conduct laboratory work to evaluate electrical and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits.
• Investigate interactions between materials and devices to identify root causes of failures.
• Develop and implement methodologies to enhance failure analysis capabilities.
• Lead technology and product transfers and failure analysis process improvements.
• Analyze failure reports and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Share learnings across sites and promote best practices.
