The Research Analyst will join Fidelity's Investment Grade Structured Products Research Team, focusing primarily on CLOs and select ABS sectors. This role requires a combination of in-depth research and relative value skills to enhance the performance of taxable bond funds. The analyst will work closely with investment professionals globally and contribute to investment strategies while mentoring junior team members. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

• Five years or more experience as a fixed income analyst covering CLOs, with current or prior experience covering ABS strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success making fixed income investment recommendations.
• Strong analytical and technology skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Progress towards a CFA or an MBA is preferred.

• Provide thorough fundamental analysis and research coverage of assigned sectors.
• Communicate credit opinions and relative value views through published research and in-person meetings.
• Generate investment ideas across coverage in a timely manner and respond to market opportunities.
• Participate in regular discussions on investment strategy and contribute to the investment process.
• Maintain strong relationships with issuers, rating agencies, and analysts while traveling regularly.
