• 3+ years of experience in threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, software development, cryptography, system administration, or network security.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of hardware security mechanisms, including secure boot and trusted execution environments.
• Knowledge of operating system internals, particularly Linux and common RTOS environments.
• Experience with semiconductor reverse engineering.
• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience using scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Linux bash.
• Experience with hardware, system, and network security, including cryptography.
• Strong skills in code review and exploit development.
• Hands-on experience with fault injection and side channel attack mitigation.

• Guide the secure development of devices at Amazon through security design, threat modeling, code reviews, and security testing.
• Propose, research, and develop tools and techniques to enhance the security posture of devices at scale.
• Provide technical security expertise and consultation to device product teams.
• Identify security risks and collaborate with product engineers to create effective mitigations.
• Develop new security policies and procedures to improve overall security.
• Empower others by promoting security awareness and developing training materials.
• Participate in projects aimed at developing new intellectual property.
