The Principal Solution Architect for Cyber Security will join Bain's Enterprise Technology team, focusing on defining cyber security strategies and modernizing security architectures. This role involves collaborating with business and technology leaders to design secure and scalable architectures across various platforms. The position emphasizes balancing innovation with risk management and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cyber security and will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives.

• 10+ years of experience in cyber security, including security architecture and consulting roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise security architectures across hybrid, cloud, and legacy environments.
• Strong technical expertise across cloud security, identity and access management, and operational resilience.
• Exceptional communication and consulting skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business outcomes.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, SABSA, or AWS Security Specialty are highly desirable.

• Lead the definition of enterprise, security, cloud, and identity architectures that align with client business outcomes.
• Develop cyber security strategies, target architectures, and operating models for secure modernization and cloud adoption.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on cyber security strategy and architecture decisions.
• Guide teams in embedding security architecture into large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Contribute to Bain’s thought leadership on cyber security architecture and emerging technologies.
