• 1 to 3 years of professional design experience, including internships or agency experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience designing presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

• Design and produce high-quality, brand-aligned creative assets across various channels
• Create client-facing presentations, pitch materials, and marketing collateral
• Translate campaign themes and business objectives into polished visual communications
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and communicate project status clearly
