Job description

The Financial Services Tech Consulting Senior role at EY focuses on leading the implementation and enhancement of Charles River Development (CRD) for asset management operations. This position is part of the Financial Services Organization (FSO) team, which aims to reshape the financial services industry. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to optimize investment processes and ensure operational excellence. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise in asset management and CRD modules.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 2-3 years of related work experience.
  • Experience working in a Hedge Fund, Asset Management company, or as a Management Consultant in one of these companies.
  • 3 years of hands-on Charles River (CRD/CRIMS) experience.
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills for validating CRD data flows.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SaaS migrations, including transition from on-premise environments to cloud-hosted solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Charles River Development (CRD) functionality across trading, compliance, portfolio management, and post-trade workflows.
  • Partner with portfolio managers, traders, compliance, and operations to gather and document business requirements.
  • Configure CRD components such as workflows, compliance rules, and manager workbench.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed CRD configurations, workflows, and rules.
  • Perform system analysis, data mapping, and testing for CRD integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
