• A bachelor's degree and approximately 3 years of related work experience, or a graduate degree and approximately 2 years of related work experience.
• A minimum of 1+ year of experience working at a financial services company or as an advisor to a financial services company.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting Aladdin implementations.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation and enhancement projects end-to-end.
• Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, and regression testing.
• Drive and oversee Aladdin platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
• Document BlackRock Client provided use-cases into a use-case catalogue.
• Coach junior business analysts, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
