As an Electrical Engineer in the Advanced Manufacturing group at Jacobs, you will focus on engineering and design for data center facilities. This role involves working on projects that support the successful engineering, design, and construction of mission-critical facilities. You will collaborate with a multi-discipline team in a dynamic environment, ensuring the design meets client requirements. The position offers flexibility in location within the U.S., allowing you to contribute to impactful projects.

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline
• 3 or more years of experience in engineering design of medium and low voltage distribution systems
• Extensive knowledge of and experience with industrial facility design
• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
• Solid working knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) is preferred

• Provide design work for data center facility power distribution systems, UPS, emergency systems, grounding, lighting, and low voltage communications systems.
• Contribute to team technical collaboration and perform quality reviews of design packages.
• Assist directly with other portions of the design process and interact with clients, owners, and contractors.
• Establish design requirements and produce construction documents in collaboration with the electrical design team.
• Manage quality, scope, budget, and schedule for projects.
