Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or equivalent experience
- Exceptional analytical skills for data manipulation and interpretation
- Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and SQL
- Experience in systems implementation and understanding of basic programming concepts
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to create detailed written reports, proposals, and project documentation
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tools, systems, and processes to enhance trade compliance and transactional efficiency
- Collaborate with internal departments to keep them informed on trade-related matters and build cross-functional relationships
- Review trade spend such as customs duties and tariffs to identify and eliminate unnecessary costs
- Oversee audits and ensure adherence to global trade compliance requirements
- Lead the integration of automation and AI in system modules to improve productivity and scalability
- Document processes and projects to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
- Serve as a key resource for researching and resolving global trade-related inquiries
