Tesla is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Customer Support analytics team. This role focuses on transforming complex global data into strategic insights that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to design dashboards, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• Expert-level SQL proficiency across multiple databases including SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Vertica
• Strong proficiency in Python for analytics, automation, and data pipeline development
• Advanced experience with Tableau or other enterprise BI visualization platforms
• Proven experience managing and presenting to senior leadership and executive-level stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple high-visibility initiatives

• Build, maintain, and own dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau
• Develop, optimize, and govern complex queries using SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and Vertica
• Use Python for advanced data processing, automation, and predictive analytics
• Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to translate high-level business questions into scalable data solutions
• Lead the automation of recurring reporting workflows to drive scalability and operational efficiency
• Design and deploy AI-powered analytics solutions, including building and integrating large language model workflows
• Communicate and present insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders through clear visual storytelling
