Requirements
- Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience.
- Fundamentals in photovoltaics are mandatory, while knowledge of power electronics and battery technology is preferred.
- Fluency in Python and Matlab/Simulink is required.
- Experience with system-level architectures comprising electrical, thermal, mechanical, and firmware/software subsystems is necessary.
- Candidates should have a detail-oriented personality with effective documentation and reporting skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture and product optimization for solar products from site to cell.
- Own the development of system requirements and define system hardware and software architecture.
- Collaborate directly with design, integration, compliance, reliability, product, and service teams.
- Capture requirements in a formal management tool.
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional design reviews for development efforts.
