• PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field; OR
• MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field and 3+ years' experience in product development engineering.
• 2+ years of experience with electrical measurements or circuit analysis is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience with device design, characterization or instrumentation is preferred.
• Some programming experience in Unix, C/C++ or Python is preferred.

• Define test plans and roadmaps with key customers consistent with tool capabilities and resources.
• Develop test content for parametric (ETest), cache (array), or Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) test programs.
• Coordinate and validate the results for new products through Test operations.
• Document and validate changes to existing test programs.
• Modify test conditions for engineering requests and summarize the results.
• Collaborate with Tester Module engineers to improve operations and tool performance.
• Debug unexpected test results.
