The Hardware Engineer at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is responsible for collaborating with global engineering teams to design and implement RF hardware for product characterization and semiconductor device testing. This role focuses on ensuring the overall performance of hardware solutions for 5G RF mmWave and Sub 6 transceivers. The engineer will work closely with various teams, including mechanical and manufacturing, to develop hardware test solutions. The position requires a strong background in Signal and Power Integrity.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of Hardware Engineering experience.
• Understanding of electrical engineering concepts and circuit solving skills.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Knowledge in RF/RFFE with a preference for mmWave, mixed-signal, or analog PCB design.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, CAD, and manufacturing.
• Design and debug test interface hardware and oversee layout.
• Release test hardware into volume production.
• Conduct and document design reviews to meet product development schedules.
• Utilize Signal/Power integrity EDA tools for PCB extractions and simulations.
