The Tax Technology and Transformation team at EY is seeking an experienced SAP ERP Tax Implementation Manager focused on Indirect Tax. This role involves leading and delivering enterprise tax automation solutions by integrating SAP ERP with third-party tax engines or using native SAP functionality. The manager will work closely with US-based clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert in complex SAP tax implementations. This hands-on, client-facing position is ideal for a senior professional who enjoys solving complex problems and leading projects from design through to go-live.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering with approximately 6 years of related work experience, or a master's degree with approximately 4 years of related work experience.
• 6+ years of overall experience with SAP ERP technologies (ECC and S4).
• 5+ years of hands-on techno-functional experience with SAP ERP modules (R2R, O2C, and P2P).
• Proven experience integrating SAP ERP with third-party tax engines.
• Experience supporting or implementing VAT and transaction tax solutions.

• Help client tax departments operate at peak efficiency and productivity.
• Transfer control of tax decision-making to the tax specialists within the client's tax department.
• Implement automated indirect tax calculation and compliance solutions.
• Configure and support indirect tax integration in SAP using external tax engines or native SAP.
• Design and develop customizations in SAP-based integrations with third-party tax engines.
