• Minimum 10 years of experience working as a structural engineer
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Structural Engineer (S.E.) licensed in Hawaii, or eligible to obtain license through reciprocity within six months of hire
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a structural engineering emphasis, with a Master's degree in structural engineering highly desired
• Minimum 5 years experience with municipal or industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems
• Experience with structural design and analysis software such as STAAD.PRO, TEDDS, SAP2000, RAM Elements, and RAM Structural System
• Experience with office programs including WORD, EXCEL, OneNote, and Teams

• Lead the design of water and wastewater facilities including pump stations and treatment plants
• Develop project-specific technical reports, calculations, construction drawings, and technical specifications
• Collaborate with local and national experts to implement new solutions
• Provide construction phase support services for various projects
• Work effectively in multi-discipline project teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team-oriented projects
