• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated success in a technical field role for a product or SaaS company with enterprise customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of key cloud vendors such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking and security technologies.

• Act as the technical voice of the customer and advocate for their needs within Confluent.
• Identify customer technical objections and develop strategies to address them.
• Support customers through technical lifecycle activities such as architecture planning and security design.
• Guide customers on advanced technical topics to enhance their data streaming maturity.
• Document and transfer knowledge to customers and internal teams to improve service delivery.
