Job description

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years of technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise building products at scale, with domain expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, web, mobile, or GenAI.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and working through ambiguity to deliver high-quality products.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with regulated medical devices.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, and designers to develop an AI health companion.
  • Own the end-to-end development of features from ideation to deployment.
  • Design, build, and optimize production-grade code to deliver robust features.
  • Ensure resilience, maintainability, and security of the software.
  • Build hiring pipelines and onboarding frameworks to scale the engineering team.
  • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
