The Vice President, Development Lead will join the Credit Risk Technology team, focusing on designing and deploying high-performance software solutions for Counterparty Credit Risk Management. Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on programming skills in Java and related technologies.
  • Extensive experience with modern tech stacks and cloud platforms, including microservices and containerization.
  • Proven experience in leveraging AI/ML tools and technologies in building large-scale applications.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with various databases and complex data integration technologies.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and hands-on development of software components for Counterparty Credit Risk Management.
