The Senior Java Engineer role focuses on leveraging AI technologies to enhance the development of complex middleware applications. The engineer will lead design and implementation efforts while optimizing database interactions and driving CI/CD improvements. • 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Strong understanding of Java (JDK 8+, preferably Java 11/17), including multithreading and collections
• Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot
• Proficient in working with relational databases such as Oracle and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Demonstrable exposure and practical experience with AI development tools such as Devin and GitHub Copilot

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex middleware applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Architect and optimize database interactions with Oracle, SQL, and MongoDB
• Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level software engineers
• Actively research and experiment with AI technologies to enhance developer productivity
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production systems
• Contribute to the strategic planning and technical roadmap for middleware platforms
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process and provide user support
