The role is for a highly experienced technical leader to head the PDK Architecture team at Intel, focusing on the execution of the Process Design Kit (PDK) across advanced technology nodes. This position serves as a bridge between Technology Development, PDK Development, and EDA partners, ensuring that technology requirements are effectively translated into high-quality PDK solutions. The leader will leverage deep technical expertise and cross-functional leadership to deliver predictable PDK outcomes for both internal and external customers. The role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the establishment of standards to enhance PDK development processes.

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor technology development, design enablement, EDA, PDK development, CAD, DTCO, or related fields.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Experience with foundry PDK development and release processes is preferred.
• Understanding of design rules, extraction, modeling, physical verification, custom design flows, APR flows, and validation methodologies.

• Lead the definition and specification of PDK scope and content.
• Act as the primary interface to Technology Definition to align and finalize inputs for PDK.
• Drive technology closure and readiness assessments across various domains.
• Define and execute the architecture roadmap for 3DIC and advanced packaging PDK solutions.
• Own PDK specification methodology, quality standards, and governance processes.
