Job description

Requirements

  • 8+ years of strong work experience in precision assembly, inspection, and validation.
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
  • Meaningful experience in introducing products into manufacturing or high volume production.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Direct experience leading functional engineering teams such as ME, EE, TE, or DFX.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 40%.
  • Validated working experience with DFm and DFx.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T principles.
  • Working knowledge of pneumatics, servomotors, PLC, and PC-based control systems.
  • Master's degree considered a plus.
