Apple is looking for a proactive design engineering lead to join their Silicon Engineering team. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence for Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs in custom SoCs. The position involves collaboration with world-class engineers from concept to mass production. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Analog-mixed-signal IP design, product development, or design engineering management
• Hands-on design experience with AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs
• Experience in developing or validating high-reliability IPs for data center infrastructure
• Proven crisis leadership in high-pressure environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills

• Ensure Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs meet technical excellence and quality standards
• Collaborate with engineers across disciplines from concept to mass production
• Drive alignment and accountability across technical teams and organizations
• Engage and inform executive audiences effectively
• Utilize advanced knowledge of IP development methodologies and EDA tools
