This role focuses on enriching data with business context to produce insights that drive intelligent decisions within Apple's Information Systems and Technology organization. As part of the Employee Productivity & Support Data Science team, you will analyze data to enhance employee training and knowledge resources. The position involves building dashboards, conducting analyses, and collaborating closely with business leaders to translate insights into actionable strategies. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and detail-oriented, with a passion for leveraging data to improve organizational effectiveness.

• 3+ years of experience working with learning and development data, including training platforms and learner engagement data.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience writing SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from large datasets.
• 3+ years of experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative field.

• Support IS&T's Knowledge & Training group by building and maintaining analytical assets such as dashboards and reports.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends and anomalies in training program performance.
• Work directly with knowledge and training leaders to understand their challenges and translate them into analytical work.
• Write SQL to model data from large datasets and build Tableau dashboards.
• Present findings to stakeholders at various levels while using AI tools to enhance analytical work.
