The Senior Consultant role in Risk Consulting - Actuarial focuses on providing innovative solutions to property and casualty insurance companies. As part of the Financial Services Organization, you will lead engagement teams and work directly with clients to address complex challenges. This position emphasizes building strong relationships and delivering high-quality services while mentoring team members. You will also be expected to develop your personal brand as a leader in the actuarial field.

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience in an actuarial position.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) or actively pursuing Associateship with a minimum of 5 actuarial exams passed.
• 2 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and/or C++.
• Strong writing, presentation, conceptual, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Lead engagement teams and contribute to projects such as reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services.
• Provide ratemaking analytics and services to clients.
• Assist in actuarial process redesign and software integration.
• Utilize predictive analytics and data visualization techniques.
• Offer market strategy advice and reinsurance analysis.
