• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related majors.
• Approximately 6+ years of experience in an actuarial-oriented position.
• A minimum of 2 years of project or people management responsibility.
• Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society required, Fellowship preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with Excel, SAS, VBA, and/or C++.

• Deliver EY’s actuarial transformation and premium acceleration service offerings.
• Develop efficiencies throughout the practice and streamline operational aspects.
• Participate on engagement teams focused on reserving, actuarial opinion, and regulatory services.
• Engage in predictive modeling and customer analytics.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
