• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field of study with a strong academic record.
• Professional verbal and written fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced trading floor environment.
• A high degree of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn.
• 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in financial markets, with exposure to FICC products.
• Demonstrable interest in global macroeconomic trends, monetary policy, and the Latin American financial landscape.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, and financial modeling tools.

• Partner with senior sales professionals to cover and expand relationships with key LatAm institutional clients.
• Facilitate the pricing, structuring, and execution of a broad suite of FICC products.
• Work closely with LatAm Structuring, Investment Banking, and Structured Credit Trading to originate and execute bespoke solutions.
• Generate and distribute timely market color, trade ideas, and macroeconomic updates relevant to the Latin American landscape.
• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle, ensuring seamless trade booking and coordination with risk, legal, and compliance teams.
