• Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Must have ten years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least five years of post-bachelor's progressive experience.
• Must have five years of experience managing, building, and leading engineering teams delivering software products.
• Must have experience applying hands-on technical expertise at scale to guide architecture and technical strategy.
• Must have experience designing, delivering, and operating business-critical services at scale.
