The Project Lead is a strategic professional within the Trading business, responsible for providing technical authority and guidance on project execution. This role requires strong communication and diplomacy skills to influence stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives. The Project Lead will manage project milestones, budgets, and vendor performance while acting as a subject matter expert in Loan IQ product support. The position significantly impacts the overall performance of the sub-function and requires a comprehensive understanding of the business.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience
• Prior industry experience
• Bachelor’s/University degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• Fully knowledgeable on the day-to-day activities of a product or process
• Basic understanding of the firm's different businesses and related economics

• Provide Loan IQ product support and analysis for Trading and Secondary Loan Trading.
• Manage enhancements, production support, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Oversee the day-to-day management of project milestones and budgets.
• Assess and create project plans, charters, and stakeholder management plans.
• Work with the Project Sponsor to ensure alignment of business case and project plans.
• Identify and include all stakeholders in scope definition activities.
• Escalate project risks to the Project Director or Project Sponsor when necessary.
• Monitor vendor performance and take action if performance is inadequate.
• Provide sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice and counsel.
