• Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.

• 1+ years of experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of performance metrics such as OEE, downtime, throughput, or quality.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Knowledge of automated material handling systems, packaging technologies, and storage solutions.
• Experience in project/program management.
• Experience with Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level.

• Lead condition monitoring technology deployments and evaluations across multiple fulfillment and sort sites.
• Synthesize sensor, platform, and equipment data into actionable findings.
• Diagnose issues within complex multi-technology systems using structured root cause analysis tools.
• Define project KPIs and deliverables while tracking timelines and milestones.
• Partner directly with equipment manufacturers and field reliability stakeholders.
• Work backwards from maintenance and reliability customer needs to define the correct solution path.
• Present project status, findings, and recommendations to program leadership.
• Identify and optimize operational processes and document improvements.
• Provide technical guidance and work reviews for junior team members.
