• 6-10 years of relevant experience in product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning within the Deposits and Payments domain in the financial industry.
• Significant experience building complex business and/or transactional models.
• Experience using AI tools for requirements and solutioning.
• Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly.

• Lead the working backwards documents for a platform product release.
• Use or commission research, studies, and focus groups to identify best-of-breed benchmarks for solving business problems.
• Identify innovations and lead 'test and learn' experiments to create platform products that increase customer value.
• Define and measure the KPIs for a platform product.
• Make trade-off decisions on multiple platform products in a portfolio.
• Develop business and platform requirements for either one platform component of a large platform product or a narrow product.
• Leverage tools such as Ignite for reusability of APIs and platform services.
• Determine release goals for a narrow platform product or a component of a large product.
• Use AI tools for requirements documentation and impact analysis.
• Identify best practices for continuous product development improvement.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
