Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software and systems development experience
- 3+ years experience in system safety engineering in the aerospace, automotive, or robotics industries
- Experience in analysis and design of safety critical systems
- Experience working with requirements management and safety analysis tools such as CAFTA and Medini
- Demonstrated statistical analysis and reliability engineering fundamentals
- Knowledgeable in systems engineering fundamentals, including system decomposition and requirements verification
Responsibilities
- Own the completion of system safety analyses and derive design safety requirements for Prime Air systems
- Help define the future of safety assessment processes and methodologies for drone aerial delivery systems
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate design safety directly into the system development process
